2010-11 NWC Girls Basketball All-Conference Teams
Delphos Jefferson senior guard, Kristin Klausing, was a unanimous choice as 2010-11 NWC Player of The Year in voting by Northwest Conference girls basketball coaches at the annual NWC selection meeting Monday night at Delphos Jefferson High School. This marks Klausing’s second straight POY award, and her third first-team all conference selection.
Klausing averaged 18 points, 3.4 rebounds, 4.8 assists, and 4.2 steals per game in leading the Wildcats to a perfect 9-0 conference record and an their second straight outright NWC Championship.
Klausing was joined on the NWC First Team by LCC’s Stacia Allen, Crestview’s Madison Preston, Paulding’s Jessica Farr, and Delphos Jefferson’s Kennedy Boggs.
Dave Hoffman, who led Delphos Jefferson to the school’s eleventh overall NWC girls basketball title, was selected by his peers as the NWC Coach of the Year.
