Spencerville Hires New Volleyball Coach

The Spencerville Board of Education has approved former Elida High School and Bowling Green State University standout Meghan Mohr as its' new head volleyball coach. Mohr replaces Tom Wegesin who resigned after six seasons to dedicate more time to his roles as head wrestling and head softball coach.

Mohr is a 2005 Elida graduate, where she was 1st Team All-Ohio and an Ohio Volleyball Coaches Association Scholar-Athlete. She continued her playing career at BGSU where she was a team captain, team MVP, and a 2nd Team All-MAC selection. During her college years, she was also a camp instructor at BGSU summer volleyball camps and coached for the Premier Volleyball Club in Maumee.
